What would you like to build?

Start with the task. We’ll work out the scope and details together.

Prices cover the stated starting scope of development. Timelines begin after the brief is agreed and materials are provided. Website running costs, paid services, AI usage and any applicable taxes are discussed separately. We agree on the final price before work starts.

OUR OWN PRODUCT / FINAPP

We build products. And use them ourselves.

Finapp is our personal finance application. Budgets, expense tracking and shared expenses: from user flows and design to a working service.

ALTAGORA / 01—04

Less guesswork. More concrete steps.

01

Understand the job

We discuss who needs the product, how the work happens today, and what gets in the way. Together, we define the first version and list the questions still to resolve.

02

Walk through the main task

We sketch the structure and key screens, then work through a real task together, such as sending an enquiry. We resolve unclear steps before development begins.

03

Build and show the work

We develop in parts you can review. We check everyday use and what happens when something goes wrong. For changes, we explain the effect on scope, cost, and timing.

04

Launch and hand over

We complete the agreed checks and prepare deployment. We hand over the agreed access and operating notes, then establish who handles updates and what comes next.

Useful questions before we begin.

We have a problem, but no specification. Is that enough?

Yes. Tell us who faces the problem and how they handle it today. An example of the current process can be more useful than a long feature list. We will work out what the first version should solve together.

How do you estimate cost and timing?

We look at the agreed scope, complexity, and available material. Before work starts, we set out what the proposal includes and what still needs investigation. If the brief changes, we discuss the impact and agree on the next step first.

What do we get after launch?

We agree in advance on the handover of code, access, documentation, and editing tools. Hosting, maintenance, and any further support also get a defined scope. You will know which responsibilities are yours and which remain with us.
